Volunteer Opportunities
The success of the Dulaney Marching Band program depends on the incredible support of our parent volunteers. We invite you to share your time and talents to help make this exceptional experience possible for our students!

Volunteers are needed throughout the season in a variety of roles. If you plan to volunteer during the 2025–2026 school year, please complete the required BCPS volunteer training. This training must be done annually. Please make sure you complete the BCPS Volunteer Application. This involves the online application and online Vector training. You need the Vector training certification in order to complete the Volunteer Application Form. Please click "Send me a copy of my responses" and forward them to the Directors.

BINGO Committee

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Held in March at the Butler Volunteer Fire Hall. Help is needed purchasing purses for the event, soliciting donations, basket prep and day of event. Please email Janet Wehner to help out with this event.
Pit Crew Coordinator

Coordinates the pit crew- which includes helping the front ensemble get their instruments on the field, and set up the set on the field. Have any questions or want to see how you could help, email Andee
Volunteer Coordinator

Our volunteer coordinator is the main source of information on making sure we have enough help for everything to run smoothly. Are you interested in chaperoning the Universal trip? Email Pam
Banquet Committee

Organizes the end of the year banquet
Uniform Committee
(Amanda Roller)
Maintains all Uniforms for both ColorGuard and Band. Cordinates volunteers for passing out and collecting uniforms for games/parades/competitions. Email Amanda with any uniform related questions
